Production Control Supervisor – Cement Industry
 Martinsburg, WV |  $90K–$125K

Join a fast-growing construction materials company as a Production Control Supervisor (PCS). You’ll lead shift operations in a heavy industrial setting—cement, mining, or similar—ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality in a continuous process environment.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise 4–8 production team members
• Lead safety, housekeeping, and environmental compliance
• Operate/control plant systems from a central control room
• Troubleshoot issues, track downtime, optimize performance
• Maintain shift logs, SOPs, and training documentation
• Manage staffing, communication, and off-hours leadership
• Complete Control Room Operator certification

 Qualifications:

• 5+ years in cement or similar heavy industry (steel, lime, etc.)
• Prior supervisory experience
• Strong technical/computer skills (SAP, HMI, Aspen, Plant Focus, etc.)
• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in aggregates/cement
• Knowledge of analyzers and automated lab systems is a plus
• Excellent communication and statistical analysis skills
