Business Development Manager
 $150K Base + Commission |  California Bay Area

Join a Tier 1 Automotive Stamping Supplier serving top OEMs. We’re seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow existing accounts and win new business in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

 What You’ll Do:

• Build & maintain client relationships
• Identify and close new opportunities via referrals, prospecting, and lead generation
• Deliver market feedback to support product development
• Create and present proposals to expand customer accounts
• Track leads and performance, reporting weekly to management
• Stay informed on competitors and industry trends

 Key Skills:

• Strong communicator & presenter (in-person & virtual)
• Strategic thinker with a solution-focused mindset
• Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Sales-focused with a proven track record in Automotive

✅ Requirements:

• 5–7 years in Business Development or Sales (Automotive preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
